This policy explains what personal information Shophub collects when you use shophub.com.bd, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Shophub is operated from Sakhipur, Bangladesh.

By using Shophub you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account information: your name, and your email address or mobile number used to sign in, and your language preference.

Order and delivery information: the items you order, the delivery name, phone number, address and landmark, the scheduled delivery date and time, and any note you add.

Order history and wallet records for vendors, riders, and resellers who earn through the platform.

If you arrive through a reseller share link, we store the referral code so the reseller can be credited for an order.

Limited technical data needed to run the site, such as your session and basic error logs. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

To process your orders, let the vendor prepare them, coordinate delivery, and confirm cash collected on delivery.

To show you your order status and history, and to provide customer support.

To operate the reseller program and calculate vendor, rider, and reseller earnings.

To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

To send order and account notifications on the channels you allow. You control these in your account settings.

The vendor fulfilling your order receives the details needed to prepare and hand it over, including your delivery name, phone number, address, and the order contents.

The rider assigned to your order receives your name, phone number, and address so they can deliver. A two-code handover confirms pickup and delivery.

Service providers that host our infrastructure (for example our cloud hosting and database) process data on our behalf under their terms.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, vendors, riders, or Shophub.

We do not sell your personal information.

At launch Shophub uses cash on delivery only. We do not collect or store card numbers or mobile banking credentials. We record the cash amount expected and collected for each order so vendors, riders, and our accounts reconcile.

If we add online payment later, this policy will be updated to describe how that data is handled.

We use a small number of cookies that the service needs to work: a secure sign-in session cookie, and a reseller referral cookie that remembers a share link for up to 30 days so attribution survives across pages. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep your account information while your account is active. Order, transaction, and refund records are kept as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, even after an account is closed.

You can ask us to delete your account; we will remove or anonymise personal data that we are not required to keep.

You can view and update your account details, addresses, and language from your account.

You can turn order and account notifications on or off per channel in your account settings.

You can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us using the details on our Contact page.

We restrict who can read order, wallet, and code data using access rules, and pickup and delivery codes are visible only to the parties in a given order. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit what each party can see.

Shophub is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
