This policy explains what personal information ShopHub collects when you use shophub.com.bd, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. ShopHub is a price-comparison service operated from Bangladesh.

By using ShopHub you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account information: your name, and your email address or mobile number used to sign in, and your language preference. An account is only needed for wishlist, price alerts, and your profile — browsing and comparing prices does not require signing in.

Saved items: products you add to your wishlist, and any price alerts you set (the product and your target price).

Click activity: when you tap "Go to store" on a listing, we record which product and merchant you clicked through to, so we can measure which listings are useful. We do not track what you do on the merchant's site afterward.

Limited technical data needed to run the site, such as your session and basic error logs. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

To show you your saved items and price alerts, and to notify you in-app when a tracked price drops.

To personalise recommendations using real signals like your wishlist — never using or inventing data we don't actually have.

To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and understand which listings and stores are useful to shoppers.

We do not send your personal information to the merchants listed on ShopHub. When you tap "Go to store" you are simply redirected to that store's public product page — nothing about you is passed along.

Service providers that host our infrastructure (our cloud hosting and database) process data on our behalf under their own terms.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users or ShopHub.

We do not sell your personal information.

ShopHub does not process payments of any kind. We don't collect or store card numbers, mobile banking details, or any payment information — every purchase you make happens directly on the merchant's own website, under their own payment terms.

We use a small number of cookies that the service needs to work: a secure sign-in session cookie and your language/theme preference. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep your account, wishlist, and price alert data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account; we will remove personal data that we are not required to keep.

You can view and update your name, language, and saved items from your account.

You can remove a wishlist item or price alert at any time.

You can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on our Contact page.

We restrict who can read account and saved-item data using access rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit what is stored to what the service actually needs.

ShopHub is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
