Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of shophub.com.bd. By browsing, placing an order, or registering as a customer, vendor, rider, or reseller, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Shophub is a marketplace that connects customers with local vendors in Sakhipur. Vendors are independent sellers responsible for their own products, descriptions, prices, and preparation. Shophub provides the storefront, ordering, delivery coordination, and payment handling.

A contract for the sale of an item is between you and the vendor. Shophub facilitates that transaction and provides support.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in details and your order delivery code private. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Cakes are made to order. When you place an order you choose a delivery date and time, and the vendor prepares the item for that schedule. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and include the item price plus any delivery fee shown at checkout.

Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the amount shown on your order when it is handed over. Please have the correct amount ready.

We deliver within Sakhipur. A local rider or the vendor brings your order to the address you provide for your chosen schedule. Please be reachable on the phone number you gave so delivery can be completed.

If you are unavailable, the rider may retry or return the order to the vendor. Repeated failed delivery may affect what you are charged, as described in the cancellation and refund rules.

Because cakes are made to order, cancellation terms depend on timing. Before a vendor accepts your order you can cancel at no charge. After a vendor accepts and begins preparing, a cancellation charge may apply to cover ingredients, as set for the category.

If a delivered item is wrong or damaged, you can request a refund from your order page within the review window shown there. An administrator reviews the request and decides the outcome. Approved refunds are settled to the relevant parties through our records.

These rules, and any fees, are operated by Shophub and may be adjusted. The current behaviour is what applies to your order at the time you place it.

Each order has a pickup code and a delivery code. The vendor confirms a rider with the pickup code, and you confirm receipt with your delivery code. Share your delivery code only with the person delivering your order, at the moment of delivery.

Vendors, riders, and resellers register and are reviewed before they can operate. They agree to provide accurate information, fulfil their role honestly, and follow Shophub's operating rules. Earnings are tracked in platform records and settled after the applicable hold period.

Do not use Shophub for anything unlawful, do not place fraudulent or abusive orders, and do not attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

We work to keep Shophub running and orders fulfilled, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Shophub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
