These terms govern your use of shophub.com.bd. By browsing, searching, or registering an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

ShopHub is a price-comparison service. We display product listings, prices, and stock information collected from third-party merchants' own public websites. ShopHub is not the seller of any product shown here.

Any purchase you make happens directly with the merchant on their own website, under their own terms of sale, return policy, and warranty. ShopHub is not a party to that transaction.

An account is only needed to use the wishlist, price alerts, and profile features — you can browse and compare prices without signing in. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

We collect prices and stock status directly from merchants and refresh them regularly, but a merchant may change or correct their own listing at any time. Always confirm the final price and availability on the merchant's site before you buy.

We label how a listing was matched (confirmed vs. needs review) so you can judge how confident we are that two listings are the same product.

The AI Score, sparklines, and recommendations shown on ShopHub are calculated using a fixed formula over real data we hold (price, merchant trust tier, stock status, listing freshness, and number of offers). They are a decision aid, not financial or purchasing advice, and are not generated by a language model.

Do not use ShopHub for anything unlawful, do not attempt to scrape or overload the service beyond normal use, and do not attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

ShopHub is provided as is, as a tool to help you find and compare prices. We are not responsible for the accuracy of a merchant's own listing, for the merchant's fulfilment of any order, or for any dispute between you and a merchant. To the extent the law allows, ShopHub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
